What Is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Technique, aka EFT or Tapping, is a powerful tool that combines ancient Chinese Medicine and Modern Psychology to instantly change your state. It's been shown to help eliminate negative feelings and emotions, overcome addictions and eating disorders and even overcome mental and physical pain.
Everything is energy. And when the energy in your body is disrupted, it can create blocks that will manifest into your emotional and physical reality. This can show up in your life as self sabotage, lack of self confidence and self love, settling. And can even show up as physical pain and (dis)ease.
By tapping on meridian centres while focusing on the issue/challenge you can release blocked energy and tap in an outcome//feeling you would rather have instead.

I often help my clients overcome imposter syndrome, fear of being seen, feelings of unworthiness, self doubt, worry. etc. and instead help them feel more confident, motivated and good overall! How can I experience EFT? I offer individual EFT Sessions on zoom that are uniquely customized based on what you are experiencing. These sessions are about 30-45 min long and are suggested to be done from your own home, or a private place.
