✨ MEDITATION: Calming the mind and the body allows your thoughts to process clearly and allows our bodies to heal. When we’re meditating, source energy is able to flow through us, which can raise our vibration. ✨ SURROUND YOURSELF WITH HIGH VIBE PEOPLE: You know the people you hangout with who just make you feel so good and fulfilled after? Yeah those are the high vibe people. Keep them close and watch your vibrations rise! ✨ PRACTICE GRATITUDE: Write down things that you are thankful for and feel the energy of appreciating them. Shifting from a low energy emotion to a high energy emotion is a powerful mind exercise and will keep your vibrations high. I highly recommend journaling to help you! |
